Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled within 6 hours of placing the order. Once the order is processed or shipped, cancellation will not be possible.

Returns & Refunds
We accept returns only in the following cases:
- The product received is damaged
- The product received is incorrect
To be eligible for a return:
- The product must be unused and in original condition
- Request must be raised within 3 days of delivery
- Unboxing video may be required for verification
Refund Process
Once your return is approved:
- Refund will be processed within 5–7 business days
- Amount will be credited to the original payment method
Non-Returnable Items
- Products purchased during sale or discount (unless damaged)
